Najlepszy kebab jaki jadłam. Falafel obłędny. Wszystko pierwszej świeżości. Pan przygotowujący te pyszności przemiły. W lokalu jest bardzo czysto. To miejsce jest dla mnie numerem 1 jeśli chodzi o takie jedzenie. Polecam

Sahara funkcjonuje w Jastrzębiu już tak długo, że pamiętam zamawianie u nich kebsów za 10zł. Mimo iż rynek kebabów w tym mieście stale przechodzi zmiany, bo lokale otwierają się i zamykają w przeciągu miesięcy, to ta budka na Starym Targu od przynajmniej 12 lat sprzedaje te same porcje mięsa w charakterystycznie zawiniętym chlebie egipskim. Mięso cienko skrojone, widać w nim jakąś teksturę, więc raczej nie stawiają na podłą, galaretowatą kulę — zresztą Sahara nie przetrwałaby tylu lat na byle czym. Mięsa jest dużo w stosunku do (świeżych) warzyw, a sosy warte pochwały, szczególnie łagodny, bo nie jest tłustą, majonezową mazią, po której zazwyczaj ma się dość kebabów na długi czas. Na pewno jogurtowy, czuć w nim zioła, dosyć łagodny w smaku (nie dominuje w daniu). Nie oceniam Sahary z sentymentu — na jastrzębskim rynku kebabowym wciąż jest dobrą "klasyczną" pozycją.

Great food, especially tortillas, meat was the most average kebab meat i've had in a while but mix of vegetables was very surprising as i don't see cucumbers and corn in kebab too often.
